black coated metal, quite heavy, comes in a hard impact black carry case with shoulder strap. the pistol grip can be removed, the lenses have dust caps on them. there is a focus ring on the small eye piece and a large one further down the scope. in a good condition, a couple of chips on the eye piece one side see pix, they arent sharp and dont interfere with the overall experience. measures around 15″ and the case is an extra 1/2″.
bottom large lens is 6 cm diam, and is recessed in the end by 6 cm deep. has a serial number, I do not know if it is military or not, I think it probably is.
