I have several sets of Binoculars on at present – I am not a Binocular expert or Binocular dealer – If there is dirt or Fungus inside visible I will mention it as with chipped damaged lenses.I do not strip / clean or tamper with binoculars so all are described based upon visual examination I do not pay for optics to be cleaned once received ( which I have been asked to do in past)
WW2 era 7x CF 30A Barr & Stroud Monocular and Leather case .Outer in VGC Serial no.99952 End lens looks coated.Prism inside sounds loose and looking down wrong end is covered in what looks like film of grease and dirt Lettering to prism top- Barr & Stroud 7x CF 30A Glasgow & London
Nice fitted Leather case with minor age related wear – missing shoulder strap Some light marks and scuffsLENS / PRISM NEEDS CLEANING / MAY NEED STRIPPING
