Collection in person is available on all our items and is free from our
Retail & Trading Reception office in Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire only.
Open Monday to Friday 9.30am – 4.30pm.
Payment via paypal is preferred prior to collection.

The majority of items are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class Parcel Service. We also use MyHermes for larger items sent within the uk and use a signed for service for higher value items. We do not send larger items overseas. Please contact us for prices if you require signed for or other forms of postage. If you are purchasing from outside the UK, please note that we are not responsible for any relevant customs fees etc. Please note that all of our items are packaged by volunteers so we would appreciate your understanding if there is a delay in the dispatch of your item we do our best to provide an efficient professional service
