All items are sold in good faith to support Julias House. We are the only childrens hospice charity dedicated to helping life-limited children and their families across Dorset and Wiltshire. We provide practical and emotional support for families caring for a child with a life-limiting or life-threatening condition, providing frequent and regular support in their own homes, in the community or at our hospice.Care for the child, there for the familyPlease do not leave negative feedback before contacting us and trying to resolve the problem. Most items will be shipped using MyHermes signed for courier service and are automatically insured for our customers peace of mind. As this is a signed for service, please ensure a member of the household is available to sign for the delivery. Please check the condition of your delivery thoroughly before signing. We always obtain proof of posting for all items sent.Items of a significantly high value will be sent using the Royal Mail Special Delivery service. We will only ship abroad if the Buyer uses the eBay “Global Shipping Programme”.Should an item be lost in transit a full refund will be given only when the Courier or Royal Mail declares that the item is lost and issues compensation.
