I am regularly clearing out my grandparent’s houses, and will be listing lots of interesting things, so please keep looking over the following weeks for lots of other items, maybe keep me as a favourite seller with alerts so that you don’t miss them.
I am not an expert or a dealer so please assume that I don’t know everything about the things I am selling but I will try to answer all questions honestly.

I always post my items the day after payment with proof of postage, if my items arrive late it will be a postage issue not me failing to send it on time.

I am normally logged onto Ebay from 8 till 10am UK time, but will try to answer any questions as soon as possible but don’t leave it to late I may not have time to respond.
I will always try to sort out any problems. I am an honest seller and deal with any issues promptly.
I try to list everything as correctly as possible but I am only human and very occasionally make unintentional mistakes, but I will always endeavour to sort problems out amicably so please contact me with any issues before feeling the need to leave negative or neutral feedback. Once these are left there is no incentive for me to sort out problems.
Please pay within 48 hours of the listing ending, I will send one reminder but Ebay will open an unpaid item case on my behalf should it remain unpaid after 7 days.
If an item arrives damaged please open a returns case with an attached picture of the item and packaging as proof so that I can process your complaint swiftly and refund you promptly.

If an item goes missing it will take 15 days to sort before I refund. This isn’t me being slow, it is the time it takes for Royal Mail to investigate.
My postage costs are actual postage costs plus a bit to cover Ebay’s new commission on postage and small amount to cover packaging materials.
