The item must be received back in exactly the same unused saleable condition that it was sent out in and complete with any original packaging / labels / instructions etc. I reserve the right to refuse any item received back not in a resalable condition.
Any refunds will be made by the same method as the original payment.
When an item is returned to me from Royal Mail or from a courier because of a failed delivery and arrangements were not made to redeliver or collect by the buyer, I will resend the item when the full cost of redelivery is made.
