An Orion Optics OMC 250, 10 inch objective diameter, sub-aperture Maksutov Cassegrain Telescope (f9 I think) with Hilux coating, made in Crewe in 2007: optical tube assembly only plus the following:
1.25 Diagonal
Extension tube
Crayford style focuser
2 to 1.25 adapter tube
Finder scope
No lens cap
Wedge mount for EQ6 etc.
Condition is good. One or two very small spots on the objective (this is an open tube design), unfortunately very difficult to photograph. Exterior condition is very good. I have used this instrument for planetary imaging: the photos show some examples taken locally with this scope using a simple camera with filter set. This instrument is also suitable for deep sky work, although my experience of this is very limited one example is shown of M42.
