Orion Optics MKI driven equatorial mount. Condition is Used,.
This basic mount was supplied with an Orion Optics telescope originally.
Comes with electric 240v drive RA, manual drive DEC, counterweight.
Fair condition but needs steel parts cleaning, see photos.
It has a ‘pot base’ plug to fit into a 4″ OD pier or could be fitted to a tripod plate.
In size terms, it is about same as an original Vixen equatorial, with 20mm shafts.
Buyer will receive the mount without a plug connected and is advised to have wiring checked by competent person before use.
(Mains driven telescope mounts should be used with earth trip RCD adaptor for safety, not supplied.)
Collection preferred, local delivery possible for mileage cost, courier at cost.
