Just Missed the other Monarch 7 auction from paulmruss yesterday?Well, here’s another opportunity to buy from another high rated seller.
These are the 8X42 version, which means they are very bright but also compact. The field of view is amazing, 8 degrees, more than most other binoculars and there is very little image distortion or light falloff around the edges. Unlike quite a few models, they have also have long eye relief, which is essential for those who wear glasses.
I bought these for a trip in August, during which they were used about four times. Since then they have rarely been out of the case, maybe four times, which is a shame. So, they’re up for sale, so someone else can get better use out of them. They will be boxed with the protective case, neck strap, lens caps and booklet.
