Packed as a fully-fledged kit and aimed at the beginner in astronomy, this telescope represents outstanding value for money. The outfit includes the telescope, a tripod, an equatorial mount, two eyepieces and a side finderscope.
This is the perfect scope for beginners and an excellent stepping stone into amateur astronomy. The Visionary Telesto also accepts all standard 1.25″ eyepieces and accessories so more can be added later as your hobby develops. The Visionary Telesto is a 114mm (4″) aperture, 1000mm focal length astronomical telescope. The short-tube design has a 2x lens in the focusser, to provide 1000mm focal length in a 500mm tube, and is mounted on a lightweight aluminium tripod, so makes it an easily transported telescope, either to move quickly outside, or to take to a location away from light pollution.
The Telesto 1000/114 is built for use with standard 1″ astro eyepieces, and is supplied complete with tripod, equatorial mount, one 12mm standard & one 20mm erecting eyepieces, plus a RED DOT finderscope.
