It enables connection of dew heater tapes and straps, DIY or commercial. Two work well.
It provides variable pulsed power, the duration can be changed via the potentiometer.

12v supply. It’s highly advisable to use an inline fuse with the power supply and to not leave the device on for long periods unattended
