DescriptionThis Meade ETX-90AT telescope is a versatiletelescope, perfect for visual observations and astrophotography. In the standard “Telescope and Tripod” configuration that includes the Telescope, #884 Steel Tripod with Tripod Bag, 497 AutoStar Controller, and a 26mm Super Plossl Eyepiece.The ETX90 telescopeby Meade has a Maksutov-Cassegrain optical design for pinpoint star imaging and excellent contrast, making it a fantastic deep sky performer andperfect for detailed lunar and planetary observation at high magnifications. The Ultra-High Transmission Coatings (UHTC)produce maximum light transmission, ensuring the highest contrast and the brightest images. It has a flip mirror to let light focus to the rear of the telescope (instead of the mirror reflecting the light 90 degrees to the eyepiece), allowing attachment of a camera on the back of the scope (adapters not included).
