Since the early 70ties the Romanian Optical Industry (IOR) has been supplying the military 7×40 to the Romanian and the Red Army.All the binoculars in the pictures have been manufactured in 1990 and 1991 (Serials 90-xxx, 91-xxx).
The rubber is in the best shape, no shine added.
They are the last big issue sent to the Romanian army, have been kept in adequate conditions in stoarage and are NOS.
In excellent optical and mechanical condition.
The overall build quality is superb, a pleasure to observe in the dusk.
