Helios 150mm Astro Stargazing Astronomy Telescope on Sky Scan2001 EQ3-2 mount.This is avery well made sturdy telescope and mount a good few years old from the timewhen Helios was manufacturing some good quality stuff. It has a large reflectormirror 150mm (6″) but a relatively short focal length (1000mm) which makesfor a powerful but compact design. The mount is very solid and can bemotorized.It has a coupledents on the barrel which I`ve tried to show on one of the pictures but it`shard to photograph black glossy surfaces. These don’t affect its performance atall, purely cosmetic. It`s pretty dust free but hasn`t been used for a longtime so I would recommend it be re-collimated.
