I am posting from Parndorf, Austria, in some cases from Hungary. Please don’t contact me in German. English is the preferred language, my German is horrible. No collection is available in Parndorf. I live in a remote area. I usually post within 1-4 working days. I have to drive 200K to post. Throughout the winter months there might be (very unlikely) delays in posting because of the snow. I will let you know. I am not lazy and I wouldn’t sit on packages for no reason.
I always send the parcels via a trusted service with appropriate cover and always provide buyers with a tracking number.
If you are not sure if you will be home to get the package, please order it to your workplace or leave a note on the door for the courier to drop off the parcel with a trusted neighbor. If the package bounces back I will not refund the postage and return costs. My responsibility is to send the parcel. It is your responsibility to make sure someone is there to receive it, or pick up if you missed the delivery!!!
I do not post to alternative addresses. Once you paid I will ONLY post to the address I am provided with through paypal/ebay for legal reasons. (Buyerseller protection program)
Don’t contact me with intentions to do business outside of ebay. Payments are preferred in 24 hours via Paypal. No other method I am interested in. If you are not able to pay straight away, please let me know, don’t leave me hanging. I relist the item if payment is not received in 5 calendar days.
