This has been used twice. I love the idea of night/astro photography but the reality is I do not have time what with a demanding job and new family.
I have set this up twice so condition is like new. I now have other commitments which I ned to pay for so am reluctantly selling off this kit.
Please let me know if you have any questions. I will try to answer but as I am new to this I don’t know much technical detail!

“The very first deep-sky object I photographed through the ED80 was the Orion Nebula. I couldnt believe how precise I could focus the stars using the heavy duty dual-speed 2 focuser.
The fine-tuning knob was something I had never used before, and at this point, I could tell that this telescope was made for astrophotography. Even without a field-flattener, the stars remained sharp pinpoints almost to the very edges of my image.”
