lovely vintage binoculars,possibly military,stamped on the leather case it says W C Batsford 47 Loates Lane Watford Herts.
leather carrying strap is broken see photos and some slight damage towards the bottom of the inside of the case but doesn’t extend to the outside,beautiful patina on the leather.On the inside at the top in gold it has Dolland London and the address and established 1750
the binoculars are very good for viewing,they have some black paint missing and a brass screw on cup is missing from one of the lenses,but the leather is all in tact again the rubbed brass shows some rich patina,on the binoculars i can make out “Dolland London and prismatic binoculars x8
