This is a pair of Carl Zeiss 7 x 50 binoculars.
They are marked ZEISS (see photo 8), they are also marked ORIENTAL or ORIENTAU K O C – TRIPLE TESTED and 7 x 50 FIELD 7.1 No.3302
The magnification is 7x, with an objective lens diameter of 50mm and a field of view of 7.1 degrees.
They are supplied with the hard leather case, which has some marks and the top panel is coming away (see photo 12). They also have some plastic front and rear lens cap which have some splits in them (see photo 11). The binoculars also have a leather strap fitted, which is in good vintage condition.
The binoculars themselves are in excellent functional order, they are very clean, with only a small amount of paint rubbing on the edge of the front lens surround, otherwise there is no damage or marks at all.
Optically they are in good clear, clean condition.
An unusual pair of Zeiss binoculars, possibly a rare model.
