I can findNO worn paint, marks, or scratches on the actual binoculars, in fact they arepristine.They have noscratches on any of the lenses and the optics are in perfect condition. There is no fungusor internal dust, and the focus dials move smoothly, just as new. Originalleather strap on the binoculars, also as new, without any cracking or signs of wear.The originalleather case does have a few scuffs, which will probably respond well to a little bit of polish.Altogetheran excellent pair of quality binoculars. =========================================
