This is a Carl Zeiss Jena (blc) Dienstglas 10×50 binocular, serial no. 2212909 that was used by the German military during WW2. The left prism housing cover looks to have been repainted due to damage and the prisms are very slightly misty. The benutzer cap is missing but the cord and fixing is still present. There is no carrying case.
