RARE ~ CARL ZEISSJENA DEKAREM ~ 10×50 ~ MARINE MODEL BINOCULARS ~ LEATHER CASE ~ 1930’s=========================================== These are a rare pair of CarlZeiss Jena Dekarem binoculars in original condition.They are a 1930’s Marine Model. Serial No: 1569080The optics are clear and very good,with no scratches, fungus or mould.The paintwork is worn in places, (seephotos), commensurate with age and use, and some of the main black body colourhas rubbed in parts and appears brown. The central and eyepiece focussingadjustments both function, although the eyepiece is a little stiff to rotate.There is also a small chip on theedge of the right eyepiece (see photo).Complete with a black leatherlanyard, and supplied with the original leather case with hanging strap.Weight of binoculars without case is 1360 grams.
