ZEISS MC 8×30 JENOPTEMS
Having done all the usual checks, I believe these to be the original DDR version and not the far eastern copies but am not an expert so please study photos and correct me if you think otherwise.
The exterior cosmetic condition looks near new. Beautifull clean bodywork with virtually no marks. Obviously had extremely little and very careful use. Strap is good with hardly any signs of wear.
The vision (to my eyes) is absolutely superb. Amazing clarity and sharpness and appear to be correctly aligned.
When reverse viewing, one objective has a very small patch of what looks like fungus right on the outer edge. There are one or two extremely small specks of dust/debris aswell but I’m being critical. The vision is not affected and is bright and sharp.
A simple internal clean on these bins and they’d be almost mint.
Eyepiece and central focusing is silky smooth
Original case and leather strap in excellent clean condition. No caps for the lenses though
