If you require a special particular postal option please contact & we will advise costing etc. Express orders placed before 10am for overnight delivery will be dispatched same day, wherever possible…..We do not normally dispatch on Saturday, Sunday or bank holidays Items which have a specified pre order date will be dispatched on the pre order date shown unless overnight courier has been requested in which case the item should arrive on the pre order date RETURNS PLEASE NOTE… We offer a 14 day from purchase money back guarantee on all items which are faulty/damaged. All returns must be in original packaging & be in unused new condition. If you change your mind after ordering & the order has been processed & dispatched we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 15% to cover our handling & postage costs. The same charge will be applied if the item is not in its original packaging. Any other postage costs incurred ie for express delivery will not be refunded. Refunds will be processed when the item has been returned & checked over. Please complete any guarantee registration cards/forms enclosed with the item purchased as soon as received to register your product with the manufacturer. Return postage costs on all all items being returned for any reason after the 14 day period will be at buyers expense & are not refundable. All our products are sent either from stock or via a recognised warehousing/fulfillment service .
