I am sure that 99% of eBayers are good honest people but I recently had a buyer in Brighton buy something and then change her mind. I agreed to a refund and the item was returned damaged beyond repair so had to scrap it. eBay supported the Buyer even though I had all the fotos of before and after to support my position which was really disappointing as all my products are very very accurately described.Therefore am changing to cash on collection and pick up in person so I can be sure Buyers are genuine and happy with their intended purchase – apologies for the inconvenience this change causes and happy to discuss furtherFYI – my son travels for a living so it is possible he could deliver if not to much of a diversion – please feel free to ask.
