Hi, I’m not antique Telescope expert but I will describe the the item best I can and leave the condition to the experts. Item is made out of a solid mental such as brass, extends 2 ways at either end to extend and retract. has markings of W. Ottway ealing London 1941, serial no 3939 on the scope and Patt 373. Generally good condition, with obvious few marks from its antique nature. Can look through the glass, no mold, although some warping has occurred on the lens, pictures. Has been kept well.
