Leather bound 3 draw brass Surveyors or Mariners telescope.Obviously a bit iof a proffessional clean would be in order as it has not been used for a long time but has been extensivly been  used by a carefull owner.The optics shows no sign of damage the draw mechanism may be a little loose,but no apparant damage to the brasswork. The leather covering is all intact requires staining or a dye if to totally restore the covering. the Makers name is faint but readable W.F. Stanley London with a Broad Arrow sign Military?
