This telescope is in good order, being optically sound, clean and in original condition, with a 40mm visible diameter objective lens that delivers a clear focused image of 25x magnification.
As can be seen in the photos, the leather covered main barrel is in very good condition with all stitching intact, and each end is protected by leather end caps with a shoulder carrying strap.
Engraved ’25x ULTRA B. C& Co. Ltd, London’ the brass tubes are retain virtually all of their non reflective coating with a draw action which is smooth but firm.
Measuring11″ closed,29.5″ open, this is a fully functional telescope weighing just over 0.9kg, making it very practical for use on the move.This telescope has been stored without use for many years but is still in very good working order.
