ANTIQUE CHEVALIER OPTICIEN PARIS BINOCULARS IN CASE APPROX 1850’S. Binoculars are brass coated in black laquer. Barells are leather coated. Case is black leather which is faded with age. Case has a blue fabric lining and a working lock. Top of case has a carry handle. Each eye piece has the information “CHEVALIER OPTICIEN PARIS” in raised letters. Charles Chevalier was born in April 1805 and died in Nov 1859. Condition is Used. Dispatched with Royal Mail 2nd Class.
