Message from rodwil0 – I have been on ebay since 2004 and have sold many items. Because I am a good seller with a high feedback score, in their wisdom, ebay have insisted that I change my account which is something that I do not wish to do. As a consequence, ebay have restricted my selling as rodwil0 and suggested that I start a new account. So here we are, a new account name but with the same level of service.
1940 single draw W. Ottway & Co. Ltd. military telescope
This single draw telescope by W. Ottway is in very good original condition. The nickel plated tubes and fittings have minimal wear and are free from dents and dings. The draw tube moves in/out smoothly although it is a little tight. The sunshade moves freely and smoothly. The leather covering is all secure but a strap loop is missing. The lenses are undamaged and clean providing very good viewing. The eyepiece cover flips over correctly. The telescope measures 60cm when fully extended.
