Bausch & Lomb Opical CoMilitary Stereo 6×30 Binoculars This is a vintage pair of Military field glasses / binoculars manufactured in Rochester, New York by Bausch & Lomb. They come with their original brown hide leather case and straps. I have seen it suggested that they may have been Canadian Army issue but there is no specific marking to support this.The markings on the rear are:MILITARY STEREO6x30Letter “G”BAUSCH & LOMB OPTICAL COROCHESTER N.Y. USAThe markings on the front are:Military Broad Arrow Symbol x281 No.33115The markings on the case are:Military Broad Arrow Symbolletter “G”Inside Lid – Bausche & Lomb Optical Co Rochester NYBL ZS LogoThe right hand optic has a range finding crosshair internally.Condition:The glasses focus independently on each eyepiece but the collimation is a little bit out and there is quite a lot of dirt on the internal optics and an arc of crack in the right hand. Externally there are no dents or damage but the black coating has been worn away to reveal the brass casing in places. The leather case is in good condition for age with surface wear but no significant damage and all straps, hinges and fasteners intact.
