Orion Optics OMC 140 Solar Filter
This is NOT a toy, but precision optical engineering. This is a proper solar filter, with a metal frame. It has a male thread on one side to screw into the tube of your OMC140, and It also has a femal screw thread on the other side so that the shroud of your telescope can then be attached to the filter.
It looks like the filter can be opened (not sure) to replace the Baader film if it gets torn. There appear to be two screw holes in the filter assembly.
I am not providing a specification. If you are bidding on this, you know what it is.
When solar viewing, you need to ensure you take all necessary precautions to ensure you never look directly at the sun. The buyer is responsible for checking the item is fit for purpose before use.
