Carl Zeiss Jena Delturis binoculars
This is an early pair of Carl Zeiss Jena Delturisem 8 x 24 binoculars. The serial number is 1088417 which I think places them between 1919 and 1920 according to this website https://www.europa.com/~telscope/zeissbin.doc which makes sense as these came from my grandfather, and were then used by my father. They are in excellent condition as far as I can tell (I am not an expert). They come with the original leather case which is also in excellent condition. As always the photos are part of the description.
