Orders received before 2pm are usually dispatched the same working day. Standard UK shipping is FREE. UK orders under 300 are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery. Most items are delivered the next working day, but Royal Mail’s estimate for this delivery service is 1-3 days. However, please bear in mind that we cannot contact Royal Mail about deliveries that have not arrived until ten working days have passed. We also offer GUARANTEED NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY for an additional 6.99. UK orders over 300 will either be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, or DHL Courier. Both will arrive next working day. ANY ORDERS FROM OUTSIDE THE UK MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL SHIPPING FEES APPLIED BASED ON THEIR DESTINATION. We are happy to ship to most countries, but if you are ordering from outside Europe please contact us first for a quote and to check the guidelines regarding addresses we are able to ship to. Unfortunately shipping to the Russian Federation is currently unavailable due to constraints with our couriers. If you wish to return an item, please return to the address below with a short cover note explaining the reason return and what you would like done, a note of ebay user name, and a copy of your receipt. This will ensure that your return is dealt with as quickly as possible. RETURNS OF UNWANTED ITEMS MUST BE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE ITEMS. Items that are returned to us in perfect unopened and unused condition will receive a full refund. Any item that has been opened or used will incur a 10% restocking/repackaging fee.
