ZeissD.F. 7×50 binoculars with Kriegsmarine and Nordsee inscriptionsAlthoughthese binoculars are rather battle worn as seen in the photos,the optics are surprisingly clean and clear with excellent collimatedviewing. Both oculars focus smoothly and firmly. One spindle end capis missing. The eye cups are very authentic replacements. The lefthand cover plate is inscribed Carl Zeiss Jena D.F. 7×50 with a serialnumber 1988763 alongside the Kriegsmarine eagle over the double circles with theletter M below. The right hand plate has the Nordsee letter N overNr. 10057. There is also another number 62321 stamped on the top ofthe first bridge. Other photos can be supplied upon request.
