.WW1 British Army 8x Prism Binoculars made by Hunsicker & Alexis MG mark +range finder graticules.NEED CLEANING / REFURBISHMENTNeed a good wipe over , lover end lens covers are bent from an impact but lens looks OKLenses need stripping and cleaning – full of Fungus and dirt as shown Would have been a good quality , powerful set of binoculars in WW1 period.Have Rangefinder graticules to right lens .Both eyepieces focus.Leather gripped smoother from use and a little scuffed but not damaged.Top left prism top marked Hunsicker & Alexis Paris Right markled M.G. ( neatly engraved) Machine Gun ? ( corps) and scratches serial no.S.1.77871Retains original but worn leather neck strap.All need a good clean up – SOLD FOR REFURBISHMENT ONLY
