I bought this telescope 10 years ago from the USA. It was a special edition model direct from William Optics dealer with silver crayford 1:10 focuser and lense cover. The standard version comes in gold but I really preferred this silver one.
This is a small compact high quality telescope which is perfect for wide field astrophotograhy use, sky observation and terrestrial observation/photography. It is an Apocrhormatic telescope with very high quality glass which gives high quality colour correction and and low distortion. I used this as a biggy back astro-photography scope since it was one of the best available for wide field astro-photography (at mid budget)
Comes with the following William Optics accessories: 2″ mirror 90 degree diagonal with adapter for 1.25 eyepieces and William Optics bag with straps that holds telescope and all accessories. Gives stunning wide-field views. Can be mounted on a camera tripod and easily taken in back-pack to remote sites. Owner is selling since I no longer have time to do astro-photography and have now moved onto other interests.
The body and lense has no scratches, dents or any other sort of damage. The focuser is smooth. The built in dew shield is smooth to retract.
