Vintage WW1 German Military Carl Zeiss Jena DF 8x Artillery Binoculars 1916 with eyecup rain covers
The serial number 623462 dates them to 1916 and the D.F. is the German Army issue mark for Doppelfernrohr (Battery Commander’s Binoculars)
Nice examples. Mechanically sound and with good clear optics. Cosmetic wear from service use and a few old chips to eye cups
