Our hours of business are 0830-1630 Monday to Friday so collection must fall within these times although collection on Saturdays is possible by prior arrangement.Items must be collected within 14 days of sale date or the transaction will be cancelled and your money refunded. Own courier:If arranging your own courier, please let us know if your courier requires the item to be “packaged/wrapped/boxed” prior to collection. Most couriers will not take items “as is”. If this item has been listed “for collection/arrange your own courier” as it is too heavy or difficult to pack, please note that we do not pack items for collection as this would be breach of eBay policy. If in doubt, please ask before the auction ends. Please note that as we are a charity, we cannot afford to absorb all packaging expenditures and add 0.30 to postage fees to help cover some of our costs.
