Small vintage binoculars or operaglasses.I know nothing about these. They were a family heirloom in a box of stuff.No makers mark that I can see. Theyare in used vintage condition with some discoloration to the metal bits, and light marks and surface specks to the cream parts. There are a couple of hairline cracks to the ivory parts – see photos. I can’t be sure but I think they might actually be made of ivory but are obviously pre-1947.They seem to work fine when I look throughthem and twiddle them. Theres some black dirt or something round the smallersilver eye pieces, shown on the final photo. It seems like it should scratchoff with a thumbnail, or clean off with polish or lubricant.UK bidders only.
