A pair of vintage H Hughes & Son London binoculars. The construction appears to be from brass with a black leatherette covering. Each eye piece has individual focusing. The binos have no neck strap and there is some dust/debris in the tubes, although the view through the glasses is surprisingly good. The canvas carrying case is marked MW&S LTD 1943 with a broad arrow over a number 9 (see photo) and is in very good condition but I think the binos are probably older. Ideal for the re-enactor.
