VINTAGE FRENCH AQUILUS 8×25 BINOCULARS Here we have a lovely little pair of vintage French “Aquilus” binoculars. They are an 8×25 magnification and a lightweight handy size, small enough to fit into an overcoat pocket or a handbag. They could be used for birdwatching, field sports, horse races, opera, festivals etc. They have some wear to their metalwork (see photos) but the optics are still in good condition and they work very well. They come with a leather neck strap but there is no case or any lens caps.
