This is a pair of Chinon Zoom Binoculars 7-15 x 30 Magnification. They come is a case (top sheet missing).
The binoculars produce a good image and focus easily. They need re-focussing after operating the Zoom facility. This is because slide or rocker operate freely.
You may find some specks of dirt within the optics when looking through the wrong end
