Vintage or could be older brass binoculars. Length when extended is 11 cm, Length retracted 9 cm, width 13 cm. No case or shoulder straps. Although the lenses are foggy see photo no 6, vision is quite good. I don’t know anything about these binoculars as they belonged to my late father who fought in the second world war so maybe they are military!
