Vintage binoculars, stamped “Army and Navy” and “Made in France”.
No case.
Unsure of age but probably WWI.
Condition is Used but lenses look clean although some dust but no scratches.
Gearing wheel works as does the one eyesight correction eyepiece.
By modern standards not very powerful but fine for watching visitors to the bird table.
