This is a rugged precision Russian built military grade monocular, made by the Novosibirsk Instrument Making Plant in 1994.It’s a porro 2 prism system 8 X 22mm monocular in a white enameled metal finish, just under 10 cm long and 120g in weight.Focus with the massive collar around the objective lens, from infinity down to about 3m.The whole thing can be reversed to look close up at small objects, through the “wrong” end.
