Telescope from TS Optics.Megastar 1550
First picture details:Taken using the smallest magnification lens (25mm eyepiece)using my (old) Galaxy S2 simply by taking the photo directly through the eyepiecewithout any adaptors. In other words, using the phones camera hand-held and placingit next to the viewing eyepiece. Hopefully this shows how simple it can be to obtain a reasonableimage, either for viewing or recording. Remember, this is the lowest magnification available.
In the other pictures:general images of the scope mounted showing;
Three pics of tube on mount and as a unit,
the manufactures plate,
looking down towards the mirror (and its reflection inside the tube), the spotting scopeand eyepiece mounting,
the lens holder between the tripod legs,
the mount and adjusters,
four general images.
Hope this helps.

A good ‘scope with, realistically, the minimum diameter needed for effective observation, 6 inch (150mm)(The bigger the diameter, the better it is for light gathering but…the higher the price!)

For good, sound advice, use this link below to do some research (if you wish)It also provides a monthly ‘Sky-guide’ to help with your night sky observations

This telescope does have a box.
The tube does have some small inevitable marks where the clamps hold the tube.

Viewing is welcome and strongly recommended (as with all major items).

The following information is taken from the web, and is the manufactures description. The website address is shown at the bottom of the article so you can check if you wish.
I have included this as I understand through personal experience that it is difficult to choose a telescope for observation. I hope it helps.
Please note that the website lists the telescope at a price of 249 euros (around 220) Plus shipping costs.

Manufacturer’s product description:
This telescope opens up for you the world of nebulae and galaxies. You will be able to see those faint objects right from the beginning, even with little observing experience. A high performance scope which provides a sound base for stunning astro-observation beyond the solar system. The 150 mm aperture gathers more than twice the light of a 100 mm aperture, which means that you will see that much more.

A comprehensive and high quality set of accessories comes with the scope and enables you, right from the start, to carry out interesting observation projects.

What you will be able to see:

The Megastar 150/1400 offers you a maximum of aperture in this price range. The scope is ideal for observing emission nebulae, star clusters and galaxies. For this type of observation, you will hardly find more performance in this price range. The Moon and the planets can also be seen and reveal interesting details.

The Megastar is not an allround performer. Even a smaller Newtonian with no integrated correcting lens will produce sharper images of the Moon and the planets. But there will be hardly any other scope in this price range showing nebulae and galaxies with so much brightness. So,if you are mainly interested in objects beyond the solar system, the Megastar is the right choice for you.

The mount:

The mount not only provides the good stability required for visual observation with this Newtonian; it even allows for astrophotography, since it can be retrofitted with an optional tracking motor. This EQ mount also comes with flexible slow motion controls for precise centering and adjustment.

The base for the scope is a stirdy height-adjustable aluminium tripod which also provides compensation ability on rough ground. The mount can be detached from the tripod by undoing a single screw, a system which makes for easy and space-saving transportation.
