This is a brass telescope extending from 7 1.4 inches to 19 1/4 inches, including shade extension piece. It has no makers mark I can find. The condition is very good with no damage or marks but it is a used item. It comes in a solid wood box with brass corner pieces and inlaid top. The box has a couple of light marks to the top, otherwise it is in very good condition.
