This is my Russian TAL-1 telescope that I purchased new in 2001 for 229.99 (have the original receipt). Since then it has had very little home use and has sat in a cupboard for much of the time. It’s in perfect working condition and has only a couple of small paint chips at the top of the stand.This is a fantastic telescope (just look up google reviews) – amazing close views of the moon and craters, and can see the rings of Jupiter.Collection only I’m afraid due to the size, weight and fear of it getting damaged.
