Up for is my used Swift HR/5 Audubon binocular with Multi-Coated optics.
Externally,the binoculars show signs of wear on the metal parts but not on lenses – internally they are near perfect.
This particular Audubon model is among the best Swift binoculars ever made, and incorporates the best features.The multi-coated optics also provides significantly greater light gathering efficiency, and provides better contrast for morning and evening observing. All these features make this Audubon series the most revered Audubon series ever made.
I consider this one to be in very good condition. All lenses are clear and free of scratches. Internally, the optics are very clean with no fungus, dust or dirt,chips or cracks. Images show very high contrast and sharp edges all around the wide 8.2 field of view. Focusing is one-finger smooth and it is very easy to be precise. There is also a tripod attachment provided . Everything about this binocular is in very good order, and you will be enjoying it from the moment it arrives.
Included is a Optech neoprene binocular strap, all 4 lens caps, rain guard and a padded Tamrac case.
