A superb pair Genuine Carl Zeiss Jena, 8 x 30w, Multi-coated Jenoptem binoculars stamped DDR and made in East Germany. Complete with leather case and strap.
They are in superb condition for there age with slight marks on the outer casing of the binoculars and on the leather case, please see photos where I have tried to show all details and the wear and tear. Strap needs some leather treatment as it seems a bit dry.
They return a crystal clear image with easy focus.
The serial number 4959517. These are guaranteed original Zeiss production and not inferior copies.
Many of these fine optics are in use today as spotting optics for rifle shooting or of a handy size at horse racing days out.
